The deposit amount can be deposited in the following cases:-
(a) To pay the revenue due to the Government of Nepal in advance,
(b) To pay such revenue amount in advance without deciding how much revenue should be paid to the Government of Nepal,
(c) To deposit the amount prescribed by the concerned office for participating in the bid or auction,
(d) If there is a condition that an amount should be deposited in advance before doing any work, to fulfill such condition,
(e) To submit the surety bond requested by the Government of Nepal or the court or any office,
(f) To pay such amount if the bond has to be kept due to any other reason.
